BB - Transformation Manager - BFSI - Senior Manager - Bangalore Candidate expectation and Roles & Responsibilities Minimum 12+ Yrs of experience required in BFSI Black Belt Certified Good understanding of the BFSI domain along with skills to enhance the process performance Knowhow of latest emerging technologies in BFSI domain and how to leverage the same to transform processes Very strong analytical ability Hands on experience in driving large transformation projects, delivering value Act as a catalyst by adopting new knowledge as per customer requirement Lead process Due-diligence, Process mapping, creation of KT documents, Requirements gathering etc., Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills Hands-on knowledge of Minitab / other statistical tools Intermediate / high level expertise in MS- Office tools
