Job description
Associate? Order Processing (SCM) Location: Indore Job Responsibilities: Candidate with minimum of 1+ years of experience into order processing Handle end-to-end order cycle. Acquire and maintain proficient product knowledge/procedures/pricing and manufacturing capabilities to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Perform order management related processes such as entering job specific details into order management system, modifying, tracking and updating daily orders to ensure accurate and efficient shipment and billing of products. Manage dedicated mailboxes. Work directly with internal teams to efficiently respond to all inquiries from distributors, providing timely answers, resolving complaints and assisting distributors with all other needs related to their inquiries. Research and resolve distributor problems ?on the spot? or by communicating problems to the appropriate manufacturing facility or department, following up with the manufacturing facilities when responses are not returned within a timely manner and following up with distributors with final resolution. Deliver what is fair to The Company, the distributor and the end-user customer on individual orders or requests when determining manufacturing capabilities, validity of quotes, researching re-runs, accommodating expedited delivery dates, etc. Meet team objectives for quality and service level standards. Maintain positive relationships with distributors and actively participate in programs to encourage distributors to place their business with The Company. Participate in the development and implementation of system and procedural process improvements. Maintain open communication with peers, Leads and Supervisors regarding delivery and quality issues. Support and maintain ethics of the business through protection of customer and financial information and complying with all company policies ethics/values/security requirements and PCI compliance policies. Responsible for working in systems including but not limited to AS400/OMS, CMS.net, Zform, HENCE, PIMS, Smart Quote, CMP/Guide, OCT and Salesforce. Printing background a plus. Must be able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people, maintaining flexibility, objectivity and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible to work in any shifts
