Job description
Lead Candidate Specification: Minimum 8 years of experience into Instructional designing. Job Description: Proficient using Articulate 360, Adobe all, Camtasia, Kofax, Snagit and Story boarding, Storyline 360 and Microsoft tools. Proven knowledge of consulting practices, organization interventions, facilitation, needs analysis, team building, and the design and delivery of leadership. Designing learning contents such as courses, curriculum, student guides, or training manuals. Conducts technical, professional and management training and programs including, developmental or interactive skills training to entry through advanced level associates. Identifies, sources and schedules delivery resources for identified Learning & Performance needs.
