Procurements & Contracts - Lead Candidate Specification: B. tech (preferably Civil), 15+ years? experience. Should be from Real Estate Background. Job Description: Luxurious Residential / Star Hotels / Luxurious Villa or Resort project experience must. SAP experience must (preferably - ARIBA). Common Area Infrastructure Development Projects. Exterior & Interior Works, MEP Works. IT Works & Building Management Systems Procurement Operation & Contracts Management New Initiatives including Strategic Procurement SAP experience must (preferably - ARIBA).
