Senior Manager/AGM - P&C COE - MGA Location: Pune/ Chennai/ Gandhinagar Candidate Expectations: Candidate with 15+ Years of experience with P&C Insurance Must have worked along with top 10 global Broking firms in a leadership capacity Overall P&C Insurance Landscape understanding and operational experience Experience in leading large consulting assignments with international insurance providers with a focus on digital transformation Experience in leading successful due diligence exercises Experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers Experience in participating in deals as a solution architect or domain in key deals/ RFX Job Description: Plays a key role in advising clients on their business and technical problems as a Subject Matter Expert (SME); identifying innovative and transformational solutions Drive digital transformation with clients and teams with focus on service improvements and value-adds. Propose innovative ideas to the customer beyond standard delivery for all types of engagements Review and create delivery strategy for projects across client accounts including advocating data driven delivery excellence Focus on digital transformation to create business outcomes in line with client?s aspirations Work with digital teams to develop new ideas and create innovative solutions according to requirements trends in the market Coordinate with sales team and insurance partners to create unique solutions based on industry insights Research based insights from current trends in business area through whitepapers and other publications Conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders Contribution to Insurance CoE by building knowledge capsules, training modules and imparting training on Underwriting functions Identify best practices from the industry and build a platform for sharing these across internal teams Flexibility to work in global working hours.
