Job description
Analyze customer needs, understand the project requirements, and plan project set up accordingly Establish robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, start and closure date & responsibility Ensure execution rigor in meeting all deliverables & tollgates Assess potential delay in the project tasks/ deliverables, work with the respective stakeholders to ensure the delay is addressed Establish structured Governance Model and Escalation Matrix Responsible for identification, tracking & mitigating risks in the project Liaise with Business, internal support functions & Customers to ensure successful transition Ensure Customer Satisfaction (Internal and External) on overall Transition Management
