General Manager Candidate Specification: Minimum 18 years of experience Should have managed digital transformation for multiple clients with 10+ years of experience in the area with overall experience of 18 years Having Strong knowledge into Insurance Domain Identifies problems or opportunities and common themes along with patterns related to various issues across multiple processes and reimagining the complete process from an end-to-end perspective. Leverages previous experience across multiple processes to deconstruct and identify different factors contributing to the issues and provide solutions to outstanding problems Partnering with Internal teams to identify & deploy new technology to achieve true transformation Should review & qualify the technology which are aligned to Vertical strategy & are cost effective Should exhibit good communication skill with stakeholders & leadership
