Field sales Executive Location: Coimbatore Candidate Expectations: 1-5+ years of Sales experience in Property Consultants Real estate / Insurance / Banking. Knowledge of the Real Estate Developers Polished verbal and written communication style. Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. Good networking skills to work across different client base in the financial sector towards focused goals. Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior leadership Responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth real estate developers. Responsible for all the active campaigns of clients and ensure effective lead deliveries for the same. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables. Responsible for identifying and resolving performance issues by delving into the details of leads Accountable for performance of campaign, data analysis, report generation, monitor key metrics and uncover opportunities for optimization
