AM - Training & Audits Candidate Expectation Any graduate (in any Discipline). Relevant exposure to Safety/Airside Operations / ATC and Training 7+ years of experience in handling Airside Operations of any civil airport/ Defence airfields Proficient in Aerodrome Design & Operations Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage. Job Description ? Plan, develop and establish training procedures pertaining to Airside Operations. ? Identify Training needs of the team ? Develop, direct and coordinate major programs and trainings on various topics such as Airside Operations, Airfield management, methods and procedures, special projects and other activities, as assigned ? Identify the training needs of team and sharpen their professional competence in ensuring efficient operation and optimum safety ? Prepare short term and long-term training programme for team and present to AGM/GM for necessary liaison with HR for their external training requirements ? Emphasize on personal development of individual through continuous engagement with each individual ? Submission of data on trainings ? Presentation of data to DGCA and other authorities specially whenever a change/new infrastructure is added ? Keeping team informed of latest changes on airside globally ? Conduct Aircraft Turn-around Audit ? Conduct Baggage Audit to identify and suggest any improvement
