Deputy General Manager/General Manager Investor Relations Experience: 5-6 years (Should have work experience in a listed company) Qualification: MBA Finance (Preferably Tier 1 College)/ CA Age: 29-34 Key Responsibilities: Assisting the IR head / CFO office in Investor communication including drafting of all financial communication such as : Financial Reporting: Quarterly earnings presentations, FAQs, opening remarks, press releases, annual report, and any other relevant financial collaterals. Conference Calls and Webcasts: Coordinate investor conference calls and webcasts, where the management presents financial results, business updates, and strategic initiatives. Investor Presentations: Develop (and over a period of time deliver) engaging presentations to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Investor Relations Strategy: Liaisoning with various media/research analysts to ensure continuous media coverage on the company. Cultivate strong relationships with existing investors, potential investors, sell side and buy side analysts Coordinate and attend regular meetings with various institutional investors Attend various sell side conferences Investor Inquiries: Address inquiries from investors regarding financial performance, corporate strategy, and market trends. Market Intelligence: Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor performance (domestic and international), industry trends, and market dynamics. Regular tracking of peers on various metrics. Investor Sentiment: Gauge investor sentiment and provide insights to senior management. Regulatory Compliance: Disclosure Requirements: Stay informed about disclosure requirements and regulatory changes affecting the company. Financial Crisis Management: Crisis Communication: Handle the public side of any financial crisis, providing clear and transparent communication to investors and the broader market.
