AGM ? Corporate Finance & MDA Location ? Delhi Candidate expectation ? Charted accountant or MBA-Finance with 10-15 years of Relevant Experience Description: ? Equity fund raising in Energy sector to be handled by this department which also involves equity fund raising for all future growth businesses ? Needs to front end in terms of all Stakeholder related matters in Energy business. ? Will act as a supporting role for debt fund raising in Energy Sector. ? To handle any future debt fund raising in Corporate- financial modelling, transaction document finalization, CP closure and disbursement ? Front end in all capital market related transactions for the listed entity with regards to processes, finalization of documents, finalization of investor presentation etc. Support Corporate team with regards to any due diligence for any fund-raising initiative driven by themInterested
