Job description
Candidate should have 10+ Years of experience in development sector, leading community services, social works. Design programmes under the 3 thrust areas which are pertinent to the needs of the community and in line with project requirements Budget planning, resource allocation, procurement, etc to initiate identified activities Staffing and resourcing for the identified activities Anticipate ground level challenges for implementation and prepare accordingly Implement health, empowerment and livelihood activities with community participation and as per defined targets
