Job description

Location : New Delhi Candidate roles and responsibilities: Candidate should have experience of 3-6years experience in Commercial Real Estate experience. Candidate should also have experience in MIS Reporting, Dashboards, Cash Flow, Water, Electricity, Footfall, Vehicular Traffic and Hospitality. Also, he/she will provide support in administering and executing the facility management contract. Candidate should prepare the Annual and monthly budgets and spend in collaboration with the facility management agency and other relevant stakeholders Also, they need to Support in ensuring that FMS agency adheres to defined plan and budget. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office and creation of presentations Candidate should also have good communication and presentation skills.
