Candidate should have 8+ years of experience across land leasing and space leasing preferably at Hyderabad. Experience in drafting contracts, term sheets and closure of leasing transactions. Existing network with channel partners/CRE occupier representatives. Good inter-personal skills and people management skills. Excellent Negotiation, Business Communication and Presentation skills. Expert in using Excel, Word & Power Point.
