Job description
Lead & ensure optimum utilization of office space with regular space audit for offices in Bangalore. Lead & ensure Vendor management for all the Guest Houses as well as Bangalore based offices Lead to implement the FMS policies across Bangalore based Offices Ensuring all hospitality support to the VIPs visiting our Bangalore Office Negotiations with vendors Organize Company and Family events in Bangalore Monitor Housekeeping activities at all Bangalore based offices To liaise, operate and manage the entire mobile and landline communication systems for the Bangalore based Offices.
