12-15 years of experience with at least 5 years? experience in Facility Management, F&B Operations, Hotels, Lounges with brands/ operators at Regional/ National level Experience of working in Airport environment in services/ parking vertical will be an added advantage Gaining an overall business understanding of Parking business and leading operations for overall vertical growth through Business Partner Management, Effective use of Business Analytics & Insights, Driving consumer experience and Operational Excellence, Implementation of New Initiatives. Manage O&M Partner Training and Leading the Operations Team. Designing policies to align with overall strategy on setting & deploying required department SOPs for appropriate service deliveries Managing contracts & relations with contractors, vendors, partners and users to understand overall service delivery and experience Maximize Revenue contribution by parking category and brand through an aligned and collaborative approach with business partners (AOP setting, partner business reviews and support, industry and category benchmarking, sub-category level business performance analysis, strategic initiatives rollout and execution, audits, departmental risk management pertaining to specified accounts, etc
