Junior Manager - Coal Sourcing & Logistic Roles & Responsibilites: ? ? Coal Sourcing & Materialization ? ? Coal Plan Import & domestic. ? ? Contract Management ? Vendors, services, coal suppliers, Timely issuance of contract / Amendments. ? ? Shift Management - Manpower, coordination, weight related issue & taking necessary action on daily basis, sampling checking process, coordination with railways, CHP, Security, Stores etc. ? ? Development of Vigilance system for in transit, weighment, quality etc. ? ? Bill checking process coordination with finance etc. ? ? Timely issuance of contract / Amendments. ? ? Co-ordinate with vendor?s bills reconciliation & support in timely payment. ? ? Analysis of Qty shortage / excess party wise on daily basis & follow up for correct weighment, in case of shortage inform to supplier / AMM / Vendor on daily basis by verbal communication as well as written communication to arrest the issue. Coordination with store for correct weighment & coordination with CHP/ Lab on daily basis. ? ? Coordination with Colliery officials for mining returns & statutory compliance. ? ? To take action for Process improvement, cost effectiveness & innovation of the department. ? .Overall Experience 2-5 Years ? CTC ? 6.5 Max
