Job description

7-10 years of experience in ESG / related field. B. Tech / MBA in related fields. Analysing and collating information and data related to sustainability reporting and investor queries. Tracking and identifying means to improve ESG performance on material KPIs and ESG ratings. Working with consultants and other external agencies. Fostering a culture of sustainability. Support in drafting sustainability reports in compliance with local and international standards. Assist in development and maintenance of sustainability performance metrics and dashboards. Stay updated on changes in ESG regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Provide insights and recommendations based on sustainability performance and trends. Strong hands-on working experience on GRI, BRSR, SASB, TCFD etc. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sustainability reporting software.
