HR Project Manager - Mgr/ Snr. Mgr - Ban/ Chn/ Mum Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities Minimum 10+ Yrs of experience required End to end project management execution across standard PM knowledge areas utilizing appropriate implementation methodology. Has effective control, leadership, and responsibility for the delivery of the project - including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value. Works closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, schedule, budget for assigned project(s). Create and maintain PMLC (project management life cycle) deliverables & documentation (i.e., project charter, project schedule, RAID log, lessons learned, project closure report, etc.). Manages and facilitates the escalation and resolution/ closure of risks, issues, and decisions impacting the project.
