Job description
Product Management ? Chennai Educational Qualification : Bachelor?s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for WMS and DOM solutions, aligning with company goals and market needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Define product vision, strategy, and positioning. Product Development: Work with engineering, R&D, QA team members to do the capacity planning before each release cycle. Prioritize backlog items (features and enhancements) based on customer feedback, market demand, and business impact. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and prototypes. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and highquality standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales tools, and promotional materials. Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. Provide product training of release features to sales and solution delivery / professional service teams. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making. Conduct regular product reviews and report on burn-up rates, progress, challenges, and achievements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
