Job description

Manager - Quality Candidate Specification: Minimum 15+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables and Denials and 10 years in the role of Quality Team leadership skills (mandatory) including managing existing teams and growing new teams. Knowledge of Basis Quality tool, six sigma concepts of DMAIC (and all tools included therein), Should have sound knowledge on 7 QC Tools Experience of having done BPMS or trained on BPMS (Business Process Management System) Usage of Statistical tool like Minitab Exposure to automation projects would be an added advantage Should have leadership experience in US Healthcare provider services in the field of Quality or Excellence or Automation Ability to conduct end to end process mapping and managing process improvement/process re-engineering Ability to manage portfolio of improvement/reengineering projects Ability to develop process frameworks
