Job description

Quality Manager (Life &Pensions) Location: Mumbai/Kolkata Candidate expectations Candidate must have 10+years of experience in UK life insurance /pension domain Must have experience as a quality leader in Life & Pensions domain Primary responsibility to manage Pensions Servicing offshore operations team In-depth knowledge and experience in insurance and Policy life cycle required. Experience leading process development with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma Job Description: Drive implementation of technology transformation journey in operations along with focus on Operations process improvement opportunities, assess potential gains, prioritize, and propose action plans and timeline. Ability to collaborate, work with, and communicate effectively with leaders and other peer organizations in matters of operations trends and best practices. Domain knowledge in Life Insurance: Ability to lead teams with subject authority and industry experience specific Customer centricity: Ability to create processes and solutions regards customer engagement towards facilitating positive experience Candidate must have team handling experience Should be flexible working in rotational shift including night shift
