Job description
Executive Assistant Candidate Specification: 3 to 5 years of total experience Manage the Director's schedule, proactively organizing appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with participants, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place and conflicts are resolved. Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Ensure all relevant materials are distributed to attendees in a timely manner. Follow up on action items and deadlines to facilitate progress. Assist the Director in various projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Act as a liaison between the Director and staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
