Job description
Total 12-15 Years of Post qualification experience in Construction and Real estate activities. CA qualified. taking care of overall F&A activities for construction & Real Estate Project Review and analysing the accounts of Construction and Real Estate Project. Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc. Finalizing / renewing lease agreements. Ensure to Prepare and submitting the Rental Invoices to Group Companies/ Others. Fund management, preparation of Fund reports. Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans Ensure to make the Statutory Payments (TDS and GST). Provide data for statutory compliance and prepare the data to the notices received from the Dept. Coordinating with third parties like Auditors and Bankers. Preparing the MIS like Project MIS, Budget, Cash Flow, variance analysis.
