Manager - Program Management Responsibility Highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition PMO Analyst with strong expertise in data analytics to support our global Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key TA metrics, including cost per hire and requisition numbers. You will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting on recruitment data, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other analytical functions, is essential. Analyze and report on TA metrics such as cost per hire, time to fill, and requisition numbers. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment KPIs and performance. Support the Talent Acquisition PMO with data-driven project management activities. Monitor and report on the progress of global TA projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
