Job description
Assess current state of operations and design to be & target operating models for setting up shared service centers (SSCs) Diagnose & define client business processes Identify solution elements Create & upgrade GTM approaches in new consulting areas. Lead in designing solutions for existing and new clients while responding to client RFPs Design and implement large transformational projects along with other cross functional teams to transform client business process and deliver enhanced business outcomes for clients.
