Ensure new joiner Documentation is managed as per Company and statutory norms (Specific to each region and types of employment) Client specific documentation to be adhered to Time to time review of Online documentation portal Get the Virtual / In person Induction and onboarding completed for all regions Record activation with all relevant validations to ensure smooth employee salary payout and other employee life cycle activities. Multi location team management for 100% on time documentation and record activation Represent all internal, external and client Audits Part of Mergers and Acquisitions
