HRO Payroll(Canada/UK/Australia) Location: Kolkata Candidate expectations 2-7 years of experience in Canada/UK/Australia Payroll. Candidate should have analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate must have strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of the Canada/UK/Australia payroll function including internal control, and payroll taxes. Related software, Proficient with payroll software. Understanding of in Canada/UK/Australia Payroll systems including interfaces. Knowledge of Employee Document Services, Policies and Tools. Knowledge of Leave Administration, data management tools, disability management system and pay practices. HRMS ? SAP Has worked on weekly or monthly Payroll processing Ensure all Payslips are generated accurately and on time, efficient and timely HR transactional services in line with agreed SLA's (including Payroll Schedules), Regulatory guidelines and Statutory / Legal requirements. Complies with Statutory and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
