Job description

HR Payroll Candidate Specification: Minimum 8+ yrs of work experience working into payroll activities. Ensuring Payroll related Governances are in place and fully operational. Ability to understand and implement various flexi-CTC packages including flexi benefits. Evaluate and improve process levels within HR in functions such as Payroll, Vendor Management. Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective. Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating for interviews scheduling & arranging while being the point person for the Chennai office.
