Job description

Oversee all aspects of the training program, including curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation. Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization. Interaction with Internal & External Stakeholders Manage a team of trainers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date on the latest training trends.
