Job description

Candidate should have experience of 10+year?s experience in designing luxury villas/resorts/ properties. Candidate should Actively participate in the design process, providing expert input and support to Head Architects in conceptualizing, developing, and refining designs for luxury properties. Also, candidate should demonstrate a strong command of architectural principles, construction methodologies, and relevant building codes to ensure project compliance and feasibility. Candidate will be collaborating with interior design teams to create cohesive and luxurious interior spaces that complement the overall architectural vision. Candidate should prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to maintain project accuracy and quality. And He / She should have a proven track record in the industry and a deep understanding of architectural principles, interior design, and project management.
