Experience in US Healthcare/BPO with Ideal candidature would be minimum 10+ years? experience. U.S Healthcare/ BPO Process Training with overall 17-20+ years over all experience, with 5+ Years in Training Leadership roles. (Payer/ Provider any) Provider any). Experienced in transitioning from traditional to digital learning experience. Thorough understanding of US health care (ERISA/HIPAA/State Mandates) ? Not Mandatory. Strong participation on Training Improvements Projects. Good understanding of MS Office Tools. Graduation / Postgraduate / with any Training Certifications. Highly level of People Management practices. Training must have excellent presentation skills to present training programs.
