Proven experience as a Wealth Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role, with a focus on NRI clients. ? In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Relationship Manager (WRM) to join our team, focusing on the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, a deep understanding of the needs of NRI clients, and exceptional relationship management skills. The WRM will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice, managing client portfolios, and developing strategies to meet the financial goals of our NRI clientele. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: ? Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with NRI clients. ? Understand clients? financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide tailored financial solutions. Investment Advisory: ? Provide expert advice on a range of investment products and services, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, and alternative investments. ? Analyze market trends and economic developments to offer informed recommendations and strategies. ? Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk profiles. Regulatory and Compliance: ? Ensure all client transactions and advice comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. ? Advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies considering both their country of residence and the country of investment. Business Development: ? Identify and pursue opportunities for acquiring new clients within the NRI community. ? Promote additional financial products and services that may benefit clients. ? Develop and implement strategies to enhance the firm?s presence and reputation in the NRI market. Collaboration and Coordination: ? Work closely with internal teams such as investment research, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. ? Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial experts to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. ? Educate clients on financial products, market conditions, and investment strategies through various channels. Technology and Tools: ? Utilize financial technology tools for portfolio management, client communication, and reporting. ? Leverage data analytics to understand client behavior and preferences, enhancing service delivery. Cultural Sensitivity: ? Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability when working with clients from diverse backgrounds. ? Stay informed about global economic and political developments impacting NRI clients? investments.
