Process Manager Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of KRA setting, and appraisal exercise on time. Create a performance-oriented culture through monitoring ongoing performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development. Conceptualize and implement a Rewards scheme for the organization encompassing various reward schemes related to corporate Values and performance, etc. Continue to strive for R&R design & process improvement. Review/monitor effectiveness of existing programs to recommend improvements.
