Insurance Team Lead Location: Kolkata/Pune Candidate expectations Candidate must have minimum 4+years of experience in international Insurance Operations OR Life and Pensions Operations Must have team handling experience in international insurance Job Description: At least 4+ years of experience in Life / Pensions domain operation In-depth knowledge & understanding of Products & Operations across any of the above domains Industry-recognized domain certifications in any one of the above listed domains Ability to understand Market/Industry trends and derive meaningful insights Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize & organize tasks and manage time effectively Willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced work Flexible to work in global working hours.
