Senior Manager Candidate Specification: 17 to 20 years of total experience Job description: In depth understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle Strong understanding of sourcing channels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery partners/ clients Should have strong understanding of the Talent Landscape Ability to gather Market intelligence Experience of working independently with minimum supervision Focus on Key KRA?s- timelines, Cost, Revenue impact Experience in ramping large accounts Should have managed one or two large business units Should work closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
