Manager Candidate Specification: 13 to 16 years of total experience Job description: Candidates should have IT services industry background In depth understanding of end-to-end hiring cycle Candidates should have experience in handling both staff org and managed services. Strong understanding of sourcing channels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery partners/ clients Should have strong understanding of the Talent Landscape Ability to gather Market intelligence Experience of working independently with minimum supervision Focus on Key KRA?s- timelines, Cost, Revenue impact Experience in ramping large accounts Should have managed one or two large business units Should work closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
