Job Description: Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity. Lead and execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
