AGM - Coal sourcing Job Responsibilites: Responsible for Contract Management & Commercial operations for Imported coal supplies .And Coal trading for North & Eastern regions. Roles & Responsibilities: Coal Contract preparation, finalization, execution, administration & enforcement. Commercial Operations till closure and ensuring timely delivery and timely preparation of shipping documents, NN documents in line with commercial terms, Timely establishment of Letter of Credit with in agreed commercial terms, and any discrepancy are in line of acceptance till complete closure of the shipment Commercial Operations of logistics (Stevedores, CHA, and IIA) and coordination between multiple vendors involved. Solving Vendor grievances, Vendor Performance Management. Cost estimations, Budget preparation. Calculating & Preparing fund plans and planning for effective fund utilisation. Coordination & planning with Finance team for effective real time fund utilization and its proper booking shipment to shipments.
