Senior Associate - OTC Billing Location: Bangalore Candidate expectations Candidate with 4-5 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of experience in billing. Commerce Graduate with Master?s degree an added advantage Basic knowledge of tools and systems ( JDE, MS Office) Basic understanding of Billing and invoicing High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability Good analytical and communication skills Flexible to work in global working hours. Job Description: Responsible for assisting with day to day calls/queries relating to billing processes Responsible for follow up with field location team for necessary supporting documents required for billing Responsibilities Day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to senior. Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing, Adhere to the policy guidelines for billing. High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability Conversant of various online tools and systems
