D&A Head Job Overview Head Design and approval Key Responsibilities Preparing owner details as per the documents and preparing the combined FMB Village map analysis and preparing Topo map Collecting the revenue document and coordinating with the liaisoning team Checking for 500m radius (Water body, burial ground,mines and canals) Preparing area statement Designing layout and Establishing boundaries Measuring the plot area and preparing the preliminary site marking Claryfying details to CFO Team Clarification of doubt arised by Approved Plot Plan(APF) Conducting initial survey Skills & Attributes Completing all necessary legal preparation prior to the approval Execution of gift deed along with power of attorney Darfting of title opinion Following of RERA approval Gift deed draft checking and supporting All zone DTCP file login and preparing patta details Providing login documents for RERA preparation DTCP queries clearing Coordinating with liaisoning Team
