Associate/Senior Associate - SCM Material Planner Location: Nagpur Candidate expectations Candidate should have functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes Candidate should have prior experience in SCM Planning process Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and Power BI tools) Candidate should have Experience of ERP ? JD Edwards Good analytical and communication skills Flexible to work in US Shifts. Job Description: Daily communication/interaction with Upstream and Downstream teams Liaising with Sales and Product line team on Demand / Forecast inputs for planning Raising material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing) Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited Identify and resolve exceptions Reporting & escalating issues Publishing S/D balance reports Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering Maintain Accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Process Innovation & Improvements Process Standardization and Simplification
