Job description
Drive overall HR Technology strategy, managing interdependencies and reviewing existing HR Technology landscape on an ongoing basis to deliver on the current and future needs of the organization Maintain and evolve HR Technology platforms and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders Oversee day-to-day maintenance, administration, enhancements, and communication including managing releases/upgrades, developing project plans to leverage new features, and serving as primary subject matter expert for optimizing system design, configuration, and integration Partner across HR, Finance, IT, and the broader organization to drive streamlined management and delivery of employee-related data and systems Provide both a technical and business lens on HR vendor selection and management in service of maximizing return on investment in HR Technology.
