Role & Career architecture, Competency frameworks, Country-specific occupational classification. Skill-based Frameworks and Programs, Org Changes communications and advisory. Business value Impact and Effectiveness articulation. Well versed with HR and business structures. In touch with relevant industry trends, emerging models, have a pov with adaptive / change mindsets.
