Mortgage Voice process ? Bangalore Key skills: Blend voice process, Good communication, Voice accent Job Overview Verification of Employment (VOE) is a crucial step in the mortgage approval process. It is a process through which lenders verify a borrower's employment status and income to ensure that they have a steady income source to repay the loan. Key Responsibilities: ? Answering or making calls to employers to verify the employment status of borrower ? Responding efficiently and accurately to employers and client ? Obtain the information and document it in a client approved template. Upload the same in client?s system ? Follow up on orders where necessary ? Meet TAT and Quality matrix ? Handle escalations, investigate and eliminate root causes and handle reporting requests to support decision making. ? Support Managers in critical decisions making in the process which can be valuable in improving efficiency or quality. ? Lead by Example. Ensure working environment is stable and people feel motivated to participate and involved. Skills & Attributes ? Excellent written and oral communications skills. ? Completed minimum of 1 year in US Mortgage Voice Process ? Good exposure to MS office Excel ? Not on performance improvement plan / Counselling in last 6 months ? Should be willing to work in nightshift
