Helpdesk Manager - Procurement Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities Minimum 10+ yrs of exp required 1. Team Management: ? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement help desk specialists. ? Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to team members. ? Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 2. Help Desk Operations: ? Oversee daily help desk operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues. ? Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the help desk. ? Monitor help desk performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. 3. Stakeholder Support: ? Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated procurement issues. ? Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve procurement-related problems. ? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 4. Process Improvement: ? Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ? Analyze help desk data to identify trends and develop strategies to address recurring issues. ? Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into help desk operations. 5. Compliance and Reporting: ? Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. ? Prepare and present regular reports on help desk performance and key metrics. ? Maintain accurate records of help desk activities and resolutions.
