15+ Years in Aviation. Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Aviation, Certificate courses in Safety Management. Ensure seamless functioning of AOCC department to attain the operational targets Enhance operational efficiency of airport system by implementing multi stake holder initiatives/special projects like ACDM, CATFM, baggage handling system modification etc Responsible to develop conceptual and situational awareness among stake holders during major maintenance, expansion projects and associated works for airport. Ensure dynamic assessment of critical resources demand to adopt strategy of ?sweat the asset? and help in differing CAPEX expenditure. Responsible for implementation of Airport emergency/contingency plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Responsible for timely dissemination of information to higher management about airport events/incidents for better media management. Work as catalyst to resolve the conflicts /grievances between Organization and stake holders related to operations.
