Service Delivery Manager ? Knowledge in Advanced Excel(Excel Functions/VBA Macro) ? Strong numerical and analytic skills ? Analyze large amounts of data to diagnose and solve problems ? Strong financial reporting and analytical information support to management team & Client. ? Generate bot Graduate in any discipline (Preferable Science Graduate/Computer Science) h periodic and ad hoc reports as needed ? Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner ? Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency ? Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required
