HR Business Partner- Manager Candidate Specification: Minimum 12+ years of experience into Human Resource Business Partner. Job Description: Responsible for stakeholder management by holding business dialogue and driving changes in HR initiatives to have maximum business and people impact. Planning and organizing with ability to multitask and meet timelines. To liaise with HR & COE?s for policy formation and revisions. Responsible for interaction with leadership on employee development and design programs/interventions by understanding business needs and challenges in addition to addressing people challenges. Partner with stakeholders to support the business in deploying people practices and ensuring compliance to laws, policies, and procedures.
