Senior Manager Candidate Specification: 14+ years of relevant experience in Wealth management operations Job description: Ability to drive strategic initiatives of the organization across his span Innovative thought process to drive process efficiencies Coach & mentor leadership for improved performance. Maintain Excellent Client relationship to help mine opportunities to grow the account Maintain a database to track all customer complaints/ process issues and causes and drive actions to minimize them Ensure Compliance and controllership Develop performance standards, metrics and goals and manage the achievement of those goals Manage administrative functions of the team: job reviews, interviewing, team meetings, etc Help develop technology advancements and process improvement
